About the role

We are looking for a part-time HR Recruiter with an experience in handling IT recruitment. The right candidate would have worked on multiple recruiting requirements for various domains and technologies as per the job spec provided by different business units. The right candidate would play a key role in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic candidate who has a degree in Human Resource management or a related field. The candidate needs to have 2 – 4 years of experience in the similar field. The job responsibilities of the recruitment administrator would include posting and maintaining job ads on multiple platforms, performing candidate screenings, reaching out to new potential candidates who have submitted their resumes, scheduling, and coordinating interviews and coordinating with multiple panels for feedback and next steps. The HR Recruiter candidate would also be involved in Global HR admin activities.

Responsibilities 

  • Handling responsibility of the recruitment process at Fusion GBS– devising best ways to attract the right 
    candidates and create an appealing recruitment campaign for the organisation
  • Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job portals
  • Source candidates utilising social media and job portals
  • Review resumes and conduct effective screening to determine qualifications
  • Schedule interviews with the interview panels and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Introduce new hires to the company and coordinate the logistics and onboarding activities for new 
    hires
  • Complete all vetting papers for background verifications with candidates who meet expectations of 
    the job
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
  • Support to the HR team in site organisational activities, employee gifts etc.

  • Ability to coordinate and work with external vendors
  • Comfort in interacting with stakeholders in multiple geos across the globe

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources
  • Proven work experience of 2 – 4 years as an HR IT Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn etc.
  • Experience with various IT sourcing, evaluation techniques
  • High level familiarity with MS Office tools i.e., Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
