To commemorate this special occasion, the team in India had the privilege of hosting Fusion’s CEO, John Mohan, who flew down to join the celebrations. The week was packed with enriching experiences, heartfelt interactions, and moments of pride for all involved. Here’s a glimpse into the remarkable journey of the anniversary celebrations.

Inspiring Minds at NMIMS College

One of the highlights of John’s visit was an engaging session at NMIMS college. The visit included insightful conversations with the college director and senior staff. John's session, “The Global CEO Journey – Lessons for Success”, captivated the students, as he shared invaluable insights and anecdotes from his career. This was followed by an engaging fireside chat between John and Hrishi (Managing Director - Fusion GBS, India), providing students with a unique opportunity to ask questions and gain insights.

Celebrating Our True Pillars of SupportA special event celebrating the families who stand as unwavering pillars of support for the team was a special highlight of the celebration week. The event started with a vibrant dance performance by the talented team of Fusioners, setting the tone for the celebrations. John and Hrishi addressed the families, sharing their vision for the future of Fusion GBS and Fusion In India.

A surprise highlight of the event was an experience sharing session by Mr. Vikram Agnihotri, which left everyone inspired. As India’s first double-arm amputee to earn a car driving license and a racing driver, his story of grit and determination was a powerful reminder to persevere through challenges in life. The session was a transformative experience, offering both personal and professional learnings. 

Behind every thriving organization is a team of passionate individuals who have shown unwavering dedication to its vision and goals. During the event, long-standing employees who had completed five or more years with Fusion In India were appreciated and recognized for their dedication. As part of the “Fusion Cares” initiative, five trees were planted for each honouree, symbolizing growth and giving back to society.

The event was a harmonious blend of entertainment and gratitude, with a fusion musical performance that merged Hindi and English tunes. The festivities concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, applauding the efforts of our team in organizing an unforgettable celebration.
